Recipe Development

Recipe development for food brands starts in the kitchen and ends in the camera. With over twenty years in the food industry spanning FMCG, café ownership, catering, and cookbook work, I develop recipes that are built for both. Seasonal, ingredient-led, and brand-specific, each recipe is tested, styled, and ready to shoot.

Whether you need a single hero recipe for a product launch, a suite of content for a seasonal campaign, or an ongoing development partnership, the process is the same: food that performs in the kitchen and on the page.

YUM YUM Dreams Campaign

Brief:

The focus is on inspiring easy, fun, and versatile ways to enjoy YUM YUM Chocolate & Caramel Dreams.

Think family-friendly, feel-good content - relatable moments, especially mom-and-kids style baking or snack time.

Even if the recipe is simple, the visuals should feel elevated and highly appealing, with a strong focus on sensory elements, close-ups, texture, and movement.

YUM YUM Dreams Campaign - Chocolate Dreams

Brief:

The focus is on ASMR and sensory detail — glossy drizzles, crisp cracks, creamy scoops, and rich textures captured in tight, mouth-watering close-ups. Everything should feel tactile and immersive.

We’ll shoot in continuous, fluid motion (no stop motion) to enhance realism and amplify sound and texture.

Lighting should be bright, fresh, and sunlit, with crisp highlights that enhance shine and reflect a vibrant summer festive mood.

Overall feel: indulgent, sensory, elevated, and celebratory.

Stork Winter Campaign

Embrace the joy of creation and the warmth of home.

It’s not just about baking; it’s about the joy of making something from the heart.
