It's rooted in a Scandinavian-inspired sensibility, but adapts to bold, graphic direction when a brand calls for it.

Styling
From recipe development for commercial brands to full menu creation for restaurants and catering, I build food that photographs as well as it tastes.
The focus stays on seasonality, sustainability, and a farm-to-fork approach using local ingredients thoughtful food, not just styled food.
